Centering devices are error absorption units for absorbing parts dispersion and error, stability of assembly, and automation of insertion work. Our company has developed unique systems capable of assembling large-sized parts.
Conventional methods would require rubbers and springs for error absorption for small parts, but this product provided error absorption using bearings in a horizontal plane in X, Y and theta of the level surface, and in three dimensional directions. Additionally, since it can return and lock in the center with the pressure of air, it is stable also during movement. For this reason, it can also be used for horizontal insertion.
