We manufacture Glass substrate handling equipment and various flat panel display production equipment used for liquid crystal display (LCD), plasma display (PDP), and organic EL (electroluminescence) or FED (field emission devices).
In addition to domestic locations, we have supplied our products to factories in various countries including Taiwan, South Korea, Singapore, and China.
We have also organized local maintenance services in Taiwan. Local maintenance
services are also expected to be established in Shanghai. Additionally,
local production maintenance operations sre being established in Taiwan.

| 1 Sheet-feeding conveyer system for large-sized glass substrates |
@High speed sheet-feeding lifter for G8 size glass substrate (applicable to G9 and G10 sizes)
The lifter is used for conveyance from floor to floor and among producing equipments.These operations must have a long conveyance distance and this point is a neck of shortening the tact time up to now. But now we have solved this problem by actualizing high speed.

90 m/min of high working speed We have actualized 90 m/min of high working speed by design based on air fluid theory.

The system has no cable carriers. We take new types of driving system, and there is no need of cable carriers.
|
| c. |
Glass substrates are prevented from possible damage during going down by air pressure. The lifter has air current control panels based on the fluid theory in order to prevent glass substrates from coming up and being damaged by air pressure.

It is possible to answer flexibly to customers’ request respecting working stroke in the vertical direction. By taking the belt driving system in addition to disuse of the cable carriers, the range of working stroke is extended so widely ( it is possible to answer to long stroke specifications ).

Improvement in cleanliness Addition to the decrease of dust sources by disuse of cable carriers, an air exhauster provided in the system improves the cleanliness of the system.

Compact style and lower noise level The disuse of the cable carriers and the space saving design realize the compact size, nearly same as the size of the glass substrate and the lower noise level ( 75 db or below).

ASlightly tilting air-floating conveyer for G8 size glass substrates ( Applicable to G9 and G10 sizes glass substrates)
We’d like to give customers a new suggestion for sheet-feeding air-floating conveyance of mixed glass substrates of various generations on 8th and after.
Formerly it makes a considerable increase in cost to make mix conveyance of various sizes of thin glass substrates which are used for liquid crystal displays. But now the introduction of the Slightly tilting air-floating conveyers makes it possible to reduce the cost sharply and to realize high speed conveyance.

A sharp cut in cost By taking a slightly tilting method (an angle of 10 degrees or below, normally about 6 degrees), we realized a sharp reduction in cost comparing with the former one side driving conveyer ( G8 size, and plural sizes specifications ) .

Realization of high speed conveyance By the adoption of the one side corner belt conveyer, high speed conveyance of normal 36 m / min and maximum 40 m / min was realized.

Mix conveyance of various sizes of glass substrates is possible. One side driving system makes it possible to convey many sizes of glass substrates continuously.

The conveyer makes it possible to convey glass substrates without damage. Different from the conveyance method putting glass substrates on their end, the slightly tilting conveyance gives them little damage such as deformation.

Improvement in stability during operation Special air blower nozzles improve in the stability of conveyance and decrease factors of disturbance of air flow.

Clean floating air In order to supply clean floating air, a built-in blower is equipped. The floating air is supplied after filtration.

Many types of conveyers answer to various conveyance patterns. Various types of conveyers with a line shift device ( cross type and turn type ) and with a tilting angle turning device are kept ready, and answer to each type of conveyance.
